Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and document business and functional requirements for event planning, crewing, onboarding, travel, hotel allocation, equipment management, and reporting workflows.
  • •Maintain the product backlog in Jira by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics with senior team members.
  • •Create and maintain project artifacts including requirements docs, process flows, wireframes/user flows, and release notes using Confluence and design tools.
  • •Partner with QA to log and track defects in Jira and support basic test cases and UAT sessions.
  • •Support reporting and data analysis by querying dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and translating findings for stakeholders, plus coordinating vendor/integration data flows and end-user training materials.
