Key Requirements

  • •Certificate or diploma in business administration, document control/management, or a related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of document control experience, preferably in mining, construction, or engineering.
  • •Proficiency with document control systems such as Ineight, SharePoint, Procore, GED, or similar tools, and familiarity with document control standards like ISO 9001.
  • •Strong understanding of document lifecycle and document control principles, with excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills, preferably bilingual French/English, plus advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and technical drawings/documentation knowledge.
