Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve Klarity clients as a subject matter expert during onboarding and as an advisor to transformation efforts utilizing the Klarity platform.
  • •Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand business, operational, and IT workflows and translate them into scalable solutions on the Klarity platform.
  • •Design end-to-end solutions spanning enterprise systems, integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows.
  • •Create high-quality project artifacts, including business requirement documents, process and data flow diagrams, and technical architecture and end-to-end design documentation.
  • •Advise C-level members on adoption and best use of Klarity and present architectural walkthroughs to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • •8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Consulting
  • •Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations and automations across multiple enterprise systems
  • •Familiarity with enterprise and open source LLMs and GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit) to accelerate analysis and solutioning
  • •Excellent documentation skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
