Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial Management services for projects including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management
  • •Lead QS/commercial projects or teams where applicable and provide project leadership
  • •Mentor and train staff, contribute to bid writing and win work where appropriate
  • •Represent WSP UK at industry events and engage with clients and project teams
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various sectors (building and infrastructure) to deliver programmes

Key Requirements

  • •MRICS or Assoc RICS or working towards a professional qualification
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to demonstrate QS/Cost and Commercial competencies as required by professional institutions
  • •Where applicable, demonstrable management, project leadership and delivery experience at senior level
