Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the data import experience, enabling customers to bring in contracts and metadata while preserving structure, relationships, permissions, and provenance.
  • •Define how entities and business objects connect in the context knowledge graph so Ironclad provides meaningful context for users and AI systems.
  • •Establish shared schemas, APIs, events, identifiers, lineage, and access patterns so platform experiences and background agents can rely on consistent data.
  • •Build AI agent experiences on imported data, partnering across AI, Engineering, Design, and domain experts to ship grounded, explainable, monitored agents with safe failure modes.
  • •Create a data quality and trust flywheel by defining quality metrics, building feedback loops, and ensuring customers can validate, correct, and improve the data.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience with staff-level ownership in a data-rich environment, delivering user-facing experiences.
  • •Experience building AI solutions from zero to one, with conceptual thinking for how AI capabilities leverage large pools of data.
