Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the on-site team resource for multifamily software implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting needs.
  • •Ensure property staff use systems as intended; assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and maintenance through validation and testing.
  • •Proactively identify requirements, opportunities, and pain points where technology can add value or increase efficiency.
  • •Provide technical support and initial troubleshooting to on-site teams to ensure consistent access to tools.
  • •Create standard operating procedures for tools/software and deliver training programs for in-house and vendor products, both in person and via web conferencing, serving as a subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of experience in the multifamily residential property management industry.
  • •Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or completion of technical courses relating to the telecommunications field required.
  • •Experience and/or knowledge in property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrate, CRM, screening and resident apps.
  • •Strong ability to work unsupervised and manage time and workload to meet priorities.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills; effective communicator with all levels of the organization.
