Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical expert positioning Snowflake’s AI and ML features and value to technical stakeholders at customers across the Americas.
  • •Partner with account teams and customer champions to scope and drive POCs to success, including executive readouts and business value cases.
  • •Collaborate with Snowflake’s product and engineering teams to influence AI/ML roadmaps based on customer feedback.
  • •Publish content that scales the team’s impact, including blog posts, conference presentations, technical collateral, notebooks, and demos.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 216,562 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
  • •Knowledge of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning for enterprise AI use cases.
  • •Deep knowledge of Python and common ML libraries, including LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch.
  • •Experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as dbt, Airflow, and Spark.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in computer science/engineering/mathematics or related fields preferred).
