Job Summary

Oversee the technical implementation and daily synchronization of rosters for Khan Academy's district partners, collaborating with district leaders to ensure accurate, up-to-date access to student and teacher accounts and driving adoption of rostering processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with district administrators/district IT leaders and staff to connect Khan Academy to the school district’s roster and ensure daily roster updates
•Meet with district partners during onboarding to gather rostering information and provide an overview of the rostering process
•Document rostering details for each district partner to inform internal tracking and ensure timely services
•Manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters with high accuracy
•Monitor new partner account activation and provide support for issues that arise

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,600 - 87,300 annually

•2+ years experience in a customer onboarding or technical support role
•2+ years of rostering experience preferred
