Job Summary

Lead Solution Engineer who combines deep ad-tech product knowledge with client-facing consulting to implement MonetizeMore’s tools for premium publishers, with a focus on the Brazilian market. You will own end-to-end technical onboarding, write custom code integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with Global BD and Engineering teams. Portuguese fluency is required.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers and lead implementation calls.
•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore tools for high-value accounts.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to client sites.
•Collaborate with Global BD and Account Management to evaluate setups and optimize configurations for higher ad revenue.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions and relay customer feedback to Product/Engineering.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager).
•Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) with strong English communication for cross-team collaboration.
•Proficient in front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols.
•Experience with ad tech tools or digital advertising ecosystems (e.g., GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, GPT) preferred.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical customers.
