Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively lead the client service experience for one or more asset servicing clients, coordinating internal resources to ensure timely delivery of reports and information.
  • •Manage client enquiries for asset service products, serving as the main operational contact and facilitating resolution with internal partners.
  • •Monitor client deliverables and ensure adherence to procedures and agreed service level descriptions.
  • •Identify and manage client-related risk issues, ensuring adherence to corporate risk management protocols.
  • •Deliver client invoices and manage collections of associated fees, while supporting service reviews and restructure/transition project activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the financial services/asset servicing industry.
  • •Proven proactive client service experience with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver solutions responsively.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
  • •Ability to build internal and external networks to help resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities based on client impact, timeframe, complexity, and risk.
