Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact on daily needs.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and deposit/lending products, including consumer checking, small business products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions to be helpful (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
