Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Logistics function for the UK & Ireland, owning team leadership, P&L, and operational performance across the logistics network. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end UK & Ireland logistics with overall responsibility for team leadership, P&L management, and operational performance.
•Own relationships with 3PLs and optimize carrier mix to balance cost and service; manage carrier performance and onboarding decisions.
•Measure and improve core logistics metrics such as OTD, cost per order, and labour minutes per box; drive continuous operational improvements.
•Drive crisis management and risk mitigation projects to minimize disruption to service.
•Curate and execute logistics strategy and annual OKRs, working cross-functionally (e.g., production, marketing) and with global counterparts.

•Strong people leadership experience building engaged teams, with evidence of motivating and managing performance.
•Proficiency with logistics tech systems (e.g., TMS) and data analysis tools including Google suite, SQL, Power BI, and AI.
