Design and integrate system-level electronics for embedded devices in a hybrid on-site/remote environment. Key Responsibilities

•Work with Marketing, Project Management and other R&D groups to guide requirements and generate product specifications.
•Obtain a system-level view to drive tradeoff analysis during product development, considering features, schedules, cost, complexity, and risk.
•Conduct feasibility work on product/system components and features; propose suitable components, algorithms, and solutions; model/implement proposals.
•Collaborate with Electrical (RF, Board & IC), Firmware, Software and Mechanical teams during product development and system integration.
•Work with R&D groups to define architectures for future products and systems aligned with market needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,320 - 150,480 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in analog and digital circuits, FPGA platforms, embedded systems, DSP, RF, or related areas (7+ years a plus)
•Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
•Proficiency with design and analysis tools and languages: Python, C/C++, MATLAB; experience with SPICE, Altium 365, FPGA tools (Xilinx Vivado), and embedded development environments
•Experience with embedded hardware/software integration and understanding of system-level architectures and requirements
