Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of business-critical, customer-facing programmes and projects, from initiation and planning through execution and closure, aligned to Cisco delivery governance.
  • •Drive AI-driven delivery and automation by using AI tooling to streamline capacity planning, automate reporting, predict project risks, and accelerate programme closeout.
  • •Engage customer C-level executives with strategic and technical leadership, steering sensitive programme health discussions and enabling customer adoption of advanced capabilities.
  • •Own financial and commercial governance across programmes, including budgeting, margin realisation, cost optimisation, invoicing, payment tracking, and disciplined project reflection in Cisco systems.
  • •Coordinate global delivery teams across geographies, manage partners and vendors (SOW/T&Cs and compliance), and lead pre-emptive risk/change control in collaboration with SDMs and CXMs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience (or Master’s 8+ years; or PhD 5+ years) managing large-scale, complex enterprise technology programmes.
  • •Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent formal credential).
  • •Hands-on experience applying AI tools, machine learning, or intelligent automation in project/program workflows for planning, risk modelling, financial analysis, or reporting.
  • •Track record leading multi-geography delivery teams and managing multi-million-pound/dollar budgets, SOWs, partner ecosystems, and governance using Agile and PMI.
  • •Ability to navigate C-suite relationships, drive executive consensus, negotiate complex scope changes, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
