Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical aspects of integration for security solutions, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live.
  • •Analyze customer traffic and systems and customize Akamai security solutions to address customer security issues.
  • •Work with BGP FlowSpec, ACL design, traffic baseline profiling, GRE/IPsec tunneling, and network topology analysis.
  • •Ensure anti-DDoS solutions are configured and provisioned correctly for customers.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to scope work, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Internet technologies including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, and web servers.
  • •Experience managing and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper routers and switches.
  • •Experience with network protocols such as GRE/BGP.
  • •Experience in a customer-facing role and understanding the consulting process to ensure customer success.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex technical content in English.
