Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across loan origination, servicing, repayments, restructures, and other lifecycle events.
  • •Act as a Loan IQ SME, supporting modules including servicing, accounting, agency deals, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
  • •Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs for development teams and vendors.
  • •Lead or support testing activities including SIT and UAT by creating test cases, managing defect resolution, and validating business outcomes.
  • •Provide production support through issue triage, root cause analysis, data investigation, and coordination with technology teams and third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting commercial lending, syndicated loans, or loan operations environments.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ, including servicing, accounting, agency, and loan lifecycle functionality.
  • •Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and delivering technology change initiatives in financial services.
  • •Strong analytical skills supporting reconciliations, reporting, and investigation of loan balances, interest, fees, and accounting outputs.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, and vendor teams.
