Global Material Manager

Own end-to-end material planning for the Well Systems product line within the Montrose Centre of Excellence, ensuring materials are released on time and risks are flagged early. Drive process alignment across global hubs in Indonesia and Brazil, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve material delays, and manage Montrose material planning KPIs. Lead and develop a global team of material planners, optimize plans against material/capacity constraints, and run launch readiness for upcoming shop orders.
