•Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive revenue growth, loan production, deposits, and relationship value.
•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Recommend and structure financial solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products aligned to objectives and credit standards.
•Monitor market trends and portfolio performance to identify risk indicators and apply sound underwriting judgment; partner with underwriting and portfolio teams for reporting and outcomes.
•Address client concerns, coordinate across business lines with specialists as needed, and build community relationships to identify business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Advanced business acumen with underwriting expertise and product knowledge to deliver client solutions.

•Typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Must obtain/maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and comply with related legal and regulatory requirements.
