Job Summary

Senior Materials Management Analyst responsible for leading materials planning and supply chain activities to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery to support production schedules. You will oversee material requirements, maintain ERP/SAP planning data, and work across multiple sites (Muncie, IN and Houston, TX) on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and execute integrated material, production, assembly, and test plans aligned with demand, backlog, and AOP targets.
•Analyze material requirements and ensure timely availability of components and resources to support production and testing schedules.
•Maintain material master data accuracy, planning parameters, and ERP/SAP system integrity.
•Support PFEP, stocking, and replenishment strategies (push/pull) to optimize inventory and service levels.
•Create detailed assembly and test plans, coordinating labor, equipment, tooling, and materials with manufacturing teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in materials management, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
•Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems and advanced planning tools.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
•Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
