Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the ISSM with meeting security duties and responsibilities.
  • •Prepare, review, and update authorization packages; ensure security procedures exist for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying media.
  • •Coordinate and assess security impacts of configuration management changes across authorization boundaries and notify ISSM when changes affect authorization determinations.
  • •Conduct periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with authorization packages; ensure security documentation is current and accessible.
  • •Identify vulnerabilities, help implement countermeasures, collect/review audit records, and provide ISSO duties supporting customer activities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related experience supporting information system security responsibilities.
  • •SAP experience required.
  • •Prior performance in roles such as System, Network Administrator, or ISSO.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience, or equivalent experience (4 years).
  • •IAT Level II or IAM Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security) within 6 months of hire.
