Taiwan Fulfillment Coordinator

Coordinate customer repair order fulfillment for semiconductor equipment, developing a strong understanding of customer requirements and AMAT repair processes. Work with stakeholders across GCC, Purchasing, and Logistics to streamline repair order workflows, escalate unmet requirements, and drive problem resolution. Collect and analyze customer data to spot process improvement opportunities, support improvement projects, and implement containment and corrective actions. Provide informal guidance and communicate clearly across a matrix organization.
