  • •Direct daily and strategic plant activities to achieve financial and operating objectives across safety, production, maintenance, warehouse, quality, customer relations, HR, and finance.
  • •Organize resources and lead execution of plant and business unit goals, practicing and implementing Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
  • •Manage production at standard cost while producing quality goods that meet on-time customer specifications and support market share.
  • •Control operating expenses and identify and justify capital expenditures to meet target-to-actual cost variances.
  • •Ensure EHS compliance and develop business plans incorporating ISO, FDA, and other government regulations while managing employee relations and talent management.
