Job Summary

Work on process integration for TI’s next-generation analog device technologies in the Analog Technology Development group. Define and develop process and process flows for metal interconnect performance and reliability, including electrical test circuit definition, process capability assessment, yield data characterization, and reliability evaluation of metal and dielectric. Partner with the team to drive actions to meet yield and reliability needs.
