Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct network infrastructure site surveys and develop plans while providing oversight for CONUS/OCONUS cable plant fielding efforts.
  • •Produce recommendations on hardware, cabling, pathways, and equipment requirements, supporting capability fielding and synchronization of schedules.
  • •Create materials lists, bills of materials, installation timelines, and installation team requirements; track on-hand inventory.
  • •Lead and execute installation projects, ensuring proper documentation of status/milestones and tracking/updating service or change requests via ServiceNow.
  • •Manage a team of 10–20 direct reports, supervising, training, and mentoring contractor personnel; deliver recurring status updates and technical reports to the Program Manager and Government Lead.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI clearance (as recorded in DISS).
  • •10+ years of infrastructure installation experience (or equivalent education/experience: Associate’s +6 years, Bachelor’s +4 years, or Master’s +2 years).
  • •Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, installation techniques, and documentation requirements.
  • •Ability to travel up to 25% and be in possession of (or able to obtain) a U.S. Passport.
  • •Ability to kneel/squat/bend/reach in tight spaces and lift up to 25 pounds; distinguish wiring color indicators (e.g., red/green/yellow).
