Job Summary

Oversee daily operations and compliance of the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) program, coordinating with Warehousing, Logistics, sourcing and 3PL partners, as well as Trade compliance and Customs. Lead a team of FTZ coordinators and inventory control staff, ensure timely submissions to CBP and FDA, drive audits and record-keeping, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize FTZ operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the logistical, administrative and compliance activities of the FTZ program together with a team of FTZ coordinators and inventory controller
•Ensure timely and accurate submission of entries to CBP
•Ensure timely and accurate submission of entries to FDA and other governmental agencies as required
•Coordinate with cross-sector departments to optimize & support FTZ operations
•Lead audits and maintain detailed records to ensure FTZ regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in business administration, finance, tax / customs or related field is required OR 11+ years of foreign trade zone and customs experience in a manufacturing environment
•7+ years of logistics or materials management experience in a manufacturing FTZ environment
•Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements
•Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint; Experience with SAP is a requirement
•Experience with Thomson Reuters Onesource software is a plus
