Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and accurate records.
  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversations, and performing complex and standardized transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring clients to specialists or branch teams.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
