Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite new and renewal Cyber accounts in line with underwriting guidelines and delegated underwriting authority to meet top and bottom line targets.
•Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms and conditions with brokers to ensure competitive and profitable Cyber portfolio outcomes.
•Proactively manage exposure and capacity across the Cyber book, identifying and addressing concentration risks and emerging trends.
•Support acquisition of new business and retention of existing clients in coordination with Distribution and Client Relationship teams.
•Assess cyber risk exposures (digital dependencies, security controls, incident history, threat trends, and systemic risk) and contribute to pricing and risk selection decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 65,000 - 84,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience underwriting profitable Cyber business in the Iberia region, with a proven ability to manage or contribute to a Cyber portfolio.
•Ideally holds a degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant discipline (equivalent professional experience considered).
•Established broker relationships and good understanding of the Iberia Cyber insurance market.
•Strong analytical skills to assess cyber risk exposures, analyze performance against benchmarks, and apply underwriting judgement.
•Fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese proficiency or other Iberian languages are a strong advantage).
