Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop training calendars for territories.
  • •Design and update training materials and deliver interactive sessions using e-learning, workshops, role-playing, and simulations.
  • •Conduct training for new hires, existing employees, and management staff in-person and via virtual platforms, managing schedules, venues, and logistics.
  • •Work with store managers to build tailored training plans, coach employees, and monitor progress with feedback.
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, quizzes, and participant feedback; maintain records and publish learning dashboards and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with Human Resources specialization (CIPD).
  • •8-10 years of experience in a training or retail operations role.
  • •Advanced knowledge of the retail industry and training processes, including accreditation processes.
  • •Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • •Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
