Assistant Manager - Training

Design, develop, and deliver retail learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance across territories. Build annual and monthly training calendars, create interactive training modules using e-learning, workshops, role-playing, and simulations, and manage delivery logistics. Partner with store managers, HR/L&D, and stakeholders to identify skill gaps, coach employees, and evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
