  • •Lead end-to-end deployment of R-PS & WCM management systems and sustain Foundation/Pilar/FMOS.
  • •Roll out Goal Alignment, cascade KPI/KAI, and implement OMP to deliver corporate strategic objectives.
  • •Own the site Industrial Engineering function including BOM & routing governance, material/people flow optimization, and capacity balancing.
  • •Foster lean culture through Gemba Walk, 6S, visual management, and operator capability building on root-cause problem solving.
  • •Drive productivity and the FUEL project portfolio; execute digital factory strategy and IoT roll-out with system integration among MES, ERP, and SAP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering/Management; Industrial Engineering major preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years hands-on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience using CI/DMAIC to deliver measurable business improvements.
  • •Minimum 3 years Industrial Engineering experience including site-level IE standardization, BOM & routing governance, and performance management.
  • •Minimum 3 years manufacturing digital transformation experience to design and execute a site-wide digital roadmap.
  • •Strong operational insight and data analytics skills to turn data into actionable improvement plans.
