Key Responsibilities

  • •Start in the Commercial function to learn how commercial areas operate, including Segment Development, Product Management, Business Development, and Marcomm.
  • •Rotate through departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to build comprehensive commercial knowledge and skills.
  • •Work on live, crucial projects that impact day-to-day business operations.
  • •Develop technical, functional, and leadership skills in Technical Services.
  • •Participate in onboarding and rotations with guidance from managers and coaching from a mentor, and be assessed for placement after successful program completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Material Science & Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •Fresh graduates or recent graduates with less than 2 years of professional experience.
  • •First Class or Upper Second Class grades (at least 75%).
  • •Proficiency in both written and spoken local language and English is required.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
