Job Summary

Lead the Global AC Demand Planning process across running and new product portfolios, ensuring a high-quality demand signal to the Supply Chain and supporting product availability worldwide. Own monthly demand planning, build rolling forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence, and drive continuous improvement of Demand Planning and SI&OP. Track forecast KPIs and facilitate weekly demand & supply reviews, partnering with Supply Chain on daily routines to identify and mitigate supply risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly Global Demand Planning process for existing products and new product launches.
•Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and portfolio strategy.
•Support global implementation and continuous improvement of Demand Planning and SI&OP processes, including training/coaching local market teams.
•Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and planning KPIs; identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
•Prepare weekly Demand & Supply Review meetings with Distribution Centers and partner with Supply Chain teams via Daily Management routines to mitigate supply risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, or a similar planning function.
•Proven experience managing forecasting processes in a global or international business environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into business decisions.
•Solid understanding of inventory management principles and end-to-end supply chain processes.
