Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Conduct regular quality audits and continuously improve product quality by identifying and resolving quality issues with functional managers.
  • •Manage the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
  • •Ensure quality documentation is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and properly stored and maintained.
  • •Develop and deliver quality training programs and supervise QA/QC plans, amendments, and revisions to meet project quality requirements and client expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of quality control/quality assurance experience, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • •Leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate a QA/QC team and achieve project objectives.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science or Engineering, and a professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
