Job Summary

Support end-to-end indirect procurement for key spend categories by working with Category Managers on RFI/RFQ/RFP execution, quantitative bid analysis, and market intelligence. Help coordinate contract approvals across Legal, Finance, and Procurement, maintain contract repositories, and assist with procure-to-pay purchase orders in SAP Ariba. Extract and analyze spend data to produce category reports and interactive KPI dashboards using Google Sheets or Looker Studio.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Category Managers in end-to-end RFI/RFQ/RFP (Request for Information/Quote/Proposal) processes.
•Perform bid analysis using TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models to compare supplier proposals.
•Assist with contract management, including drafting commercial terms, coordinating approvals, and maintaining contract repositories.
•Facilitate procure-to-pay by creating and managing ad-hoc Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP Ariba.
•Extract, clean, and analyze procurement data to produce spend reports and maintain KPI dashboards.

Salary: EUR 550 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field for the entire internship.
•Currently enrolled at a Dutch university.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
•High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, particularly Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
•Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new systems and procurement methodologies (e.g., SAP Ariba).
