Key Responsibilities

  • •Embodies a strong client experience culture by being present with every client and teammate and demonstrating the impact of the role.
  • •Accepts and accurately processes financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolves more complex client servicing issues and transitions clients to the appropriate team member when needed.
  • •Listens for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and provides customized recommendations to support clients’ financial wellness.
  • •Follows compliance, audit, and security procedures, balances cash drawer, supports branch performance priorities, and works Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience building current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience in cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and the ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
