Job Summary

Design, analyze, and deliver forecasting metrics to optimize operational efficiency for APAC call center operations. Build and maintain forecasting models, create staffing plans for Thailand/APAC, and provide insights to leadership. Design automated BI reports, collaborate with Ops, HR, and Finance, and act as SME for workforce management tools and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and automate forecasting models and staffing plans for Thailand operations and APAC regions.
•Analyze workforce data including volume trends, AHT, and shrinkage to determine staffing needs and optimize allocation.
•Continuously refine forecasting accuracy and ensure alignment with business strategies and service level requirements.
•Design, develop, and automate reports to track performance, workforce trends, and service levels with BI tools.
•Collaborate with Thailand Operations, HR, and Finance; participate in budgeting and strategic planning; provide training on self-service reporting and data governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
•4+ years of experience in workforce planning, data analysis, or business intelligence
•Strong knowledge of call center or service operations environments
•Proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Klipfolio)
•Experience with workforce management tools (Verint, NICE, Genesys) and telephony platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Content Guru) is a plus
