Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, implement, maintain, and continuously improve PUMA Apparel & Accessories testing standards, methods, protocols, guidelines, and laboratory management systems.
  • •Develop and update testing protocols, SOPs, manuals, and laboratory procedures; benchmark and align internal methods with regulatory and industry changes.
  • •Manage laboratory capability across Tier 1 and nominated Tier 2 supplier laboratories, including accreditation readiness, equipment calibration/validation, and competency assessment tools.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and supplier/3rd-party labs on testing excellence, standardization, compliance, capability development, and continuous improvement projects.
  • •Develop and deliver training programs and provide technical guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders on testing methodologies and performance expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in Apparel & Accessories product testing and laboratory management.
  • •Proficient in MS Office; Power BI reporting experience is preferred.
  • •Excellent English communication skills; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • •Strong conceptual thinking, learning agility, and strong interpersonal skills. Passionate, patient, and collaborative.
