Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct research and market scans to identify, analyze, and vet community partners across social and nonprofit organizations.
  • •Engage with partners and maintain relationships while coordinating with CI&I colleagues to monitor and evaluate risks.
  • •Create presentations and reports to communicate market insights and support decision-making across CI&I and other business lines.
  • •Draft proposals for new market investments and manage/evaluate Delaware-region partner relationships and associated grants for alignment to investment strategy.
  • •Drive reporting on community presence and sentiment and use data/metrics to recommend solutions that advance socioeconomic mobility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience managing products or programs within community impact, public affairs, external engagement, or social impact.
  • •At least 1 year of experience leveraging data and metrics to identify problems and assess program effectiveness.
  • •Experience with budget management, process optimization, or building scalable workflows (preferred).
