Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, triage, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 network incidents, escalating to engineers as required.
  • •Respond to network service requests, fulfilling standard configuration requests or routing non-standard items to engineering.
  • •Use ServiceNow and Azure DevOps daily to manage, track, and document incidents, requests, and project tasks.
  • •Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics, including packet captures and network analysis tools.
  • •Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Catalyst switches, Meraki access points, and Versa SD-WAN appliances, including managing WAN/Internet circuits and supporting network projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • •3–6 years of experience in networking or IT infrastructure support.
  • •Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and routing fundamentals.
  • •Hands-on experience with switches, access points, SD-WAN, and monitoring tools.
  • •Familiarity with TACACS, RADIUS, MAB, and Cisco ISE for authentication and access control.
