Job Summary

Lead program cost, schedule, and technical execution for an Advanced Systems portfolio within the Electronic Warfare Systems organization. Own profit and loss accountability, including risk/opportunities and EAC inputs, while directing cross-functional teams across Raytheon sites. Drive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), establish baselines, manage change, and maintain strong customer relationships. This onsite role is located in El Segundo, CA.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance.
•Own profit and loss accountability, including EAC inputs and program execution for cost, quality, and schedule performance.
•Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams across multiple Raytheon sites.
•Implement Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), including meeting EAC requirements.
•Establish and execute baseline schedule, negotiate and execute change requirements, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience (or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years experience).
•Program Management, systems engineering, or business management experience.
•Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance for programs using program management tools.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date, with ability to obtain program access after start.
•Program management experience leading execution of program efforts with measurable performance outcomes.
