Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst (Platform) partners with the Platform Engineering team to quantify the business impact of authentication, security, and infrastructure decisions. You’ll design experiments, analyze sign-in and purchase funnels, and collaborate with Finance on cost analyses to understand unit economics while balancing security and member experience. You’ll build dashboards and act as a strategic analytical partner to drive growth and trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Business Impact Analysis: Measure how platform and security changes — such as authentication flows, account policies, and infrastructure decisions — affect key business metrics including conversion, engagement, and retention.
•Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments to quantify the tradeoffs between security controls and member friction, informing product roadmap decisions.
•Conversion & Funnel Analytics: Analyze member sign-in and purchase funnels across mediums and authentication methods, identifying drop-off points and recommending optimizations.
•Cost & Infrastructure Analytics: Partner with Finance on Gross Margin, COGS, and cloud hosting cost analysis, helping the team understand unit economics and availability tradeoffs.
•Reporting & Visibility: Build dashboards and reports to provide ongoing visibility into the account, password, and security landscape - tracking progress toward team goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in a deeply analytical role, preferably within a product, platform, growth, or engineering-focused environment.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
•Strong track record delivering value in an analytics organization - preferably in a direct-to-consumer or technology environment.
•Have a creative approach to problem-solving - demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
•Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required, Python experience a plus.
