Use insight into female client needs, segmentation, and market dynamics to drive client engagement. Partner across Private Banking and Group stakeholders to deliver propositions and capabilities, while enabling Distribution leadership as a “chief of staff.” Own business performance through an offshore team, including forecasting, scorecards, and cost/workforce management, and support risk and controls.
