Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop manufacturing procedures, processes, and standardized work across the network.
  • •Use CAM software to create CNC programs and create controlled documentation for machine setups.
  • •Assist machine operators with day-to-day machining, tooling, and work-holding challenges.
  • •Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, including root-cause analysis and sustained performance improvements.
  • •Contribute to CMMS design, development, and support, and help plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in relevant Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience using CAD, CAM, and data analysis programs.
  • •Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Edgecam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • •Experience with CNC programming for multi-axis CNC milling and lathe turning machines.
  • •Experience with manufacturing process and machinery evaluation/troubleshooting.
