Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in geological projects supporting an asset team, focusing on regional mapping in Central or Southern Alberta.
  • •Interpret and evaluate geological formations to support prospect generation and future drilling opportunities.
  • •Create and maintain detailed geological maps using Schlumberger Petrel and IHS AccuMap.
  • •Analyze geological, geophysical, and well data to support subsurface evaluations and asset development activities.
  • •Collaborate with geologists and multidisciplinary asset team members to support ongoing exploration and development initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Geology bachelor’s degree program, preferably in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year.
  • •Must be returning to full-time studies after the work term.
  • •Available to work full-time in the Calgary office for the duration of the 4-month work term (May to August 2027).
