Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies for a complex Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) spend portfolio of approximately $500M. Drive cost transformation, supplier performance, supply continuity, and total cost of ownership improvements by developing multi-year category plans, running RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and negotiations, and optimizing supplier networks. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, EHS, Legal, and Plant Leadership while leveraging analytics, ERP, and digital procurement tools to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for MRO materials, spare parts, OEM/aftermarket components, maintenance consumables, facility services, and maintenance engineering services.
•Lead complex sourcing initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, e-auctions, negotiations, and supplier selection.
•Drive cost savings and avoidance through demand management, specification optimization, supplier consolidation, inventory optimization, and VMI/consignment programs.
•Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, establish performance scorecards, and lead supplier reviews and corrective action programs.
•Partner cross-functionally to deliver annual savings/value targets, ensure contract compliance and procurement governance, and improve sourcing processes using ERP, procurement, and analytics platforms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
•8–12 years of progressive procurement and sourcing experience.
•Proven experience managing large and complex sourcing portfolios, preferably exceeding $200 million in annual spend.
•Extensive experience sourcing MRO materials and consumables, maintenance engineering services, industrial service contracts, and spare parts.
•Strong financial, analytical, and contract management skills with experience in manufacturing/industrial/heavy industry environments.
