Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate Fisher OEM control valve parts and repair parts returned from the field to OEM specifications.
  • •Set up, indicate, and machine raw material to manufacture Fisher parts to OEM print dimensions.
  • •Cross-train across multiple machines (manual and CNC) to prevent production flow lapses.
  • •Understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques.
  • •Interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T) per part drawings and follow safety, quality, and environmental rules.
