Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience and driving individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, visual merchandising, inventory processing, and asset protection.

•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling (preferred).
