Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve workforce planning and reporting tools (including TeamOhana) to automate headcount and reporting processes.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and Analytics to drive scalable analyses, insights, and KPI measurement.
  • •Manage the development, implementation, and administration of the financial forecasting system (Pigment).
