•Translate prospect requirements and legacy constraints into clear, actionable integration approaches aligned to onboarding and integration playbooks
•Run focused, high-impact technical discovery and design workshops with underwriters, actuaries, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows and shape viable solution architectures
•Act as the trusted technical voice throughout the sales cycle, guiding through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, and security reviews
•Design, build, and present compelling proofs-of-concept and demos showcasing hx Renew’s integration capabilities
•Partner with Product Engineering as “Customer Zero”, testing new features in real-world scenarios and feeding back insights to improve product quality

•Led technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software deals, ideally in data-heavy domains
•Run end-to-end technical evaluations with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g. business, IT, security), successfully navigating RFP/RFI processes, due diligence, and technical Q&A to a clear “tech win”
•Designed and documented solution architectures within known patterns (e.g. APIs, event-driven integrations, identity and access management), clearly articulating assumptions, risks, and trade-offs
•Strong cloud and distributed systems expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP), including serverless, containers, APIs, and integrations, with hands-on coding ability in Python or similar to prototype, debug, and validate solutions
