Job Summary

Build and nurture strategic partnerships that power innovative, partner-led products across Nexxen’s advertising platform portfolio. Support the Senior Director to identify and engage prospective partners, negotiate and execute partnership deals, manage renewals and amendments, and collaborate cross-functionally across Legal, Product, partner operations, finance, and sales. Use ROI modeling to drive internal alignment and help structure mutually beneficial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Senior Director, Business Development to build and nurture strategic partnerships across a portfolio of solutions.
•Identify and engage potential partners to broker deals aligned with client and product objectives.
•Negotiate and execute partnership deals, structures, and legal agreements (including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals).
•Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners to restructure deals for mutually beneficial arrangements.
•Work cross-functionally across business development, product, partner operations, finance, and sales; partner with Legal to redline agreements and manage contracting.
•Conduct ROI modeling to drive internal alignment and progress successful negotiations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

•BA/BS and 5+ years of AdTech/Media experience focused on business development and strategic partnerships.
•Demonstrated experience in partner offerings across audiences, verification, measurement, creative solutions, and ad serving.
•Track record of developing, negotiating, and signing industry-leading strategic deals with varied partnership structures.
•Strong internal and external communication skills.
•Strong leadership skills to manage, coach, and develop others.
