Process daily teller transactions for the branch, including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and cashier’s checks. Provide outstanding in-person and phone customer service while identifying basic cross-sell and referral opportunities. Reconcile cash drawers, maintain compliance with bank operations and security procedures, and use 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals.
